2. Orders
You can order for pickup or delivery (where offered). Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and include VAT. Photos are illustrative. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if a dish is unavailable or the delivery address is outside our area); if you have paid, we refund the affected amount.
3. Prices & payment
You pay by the methods shown at checkout: cash or card on pickup/delivery, and online payment where enabled. Online card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
4. Pickup & delivery
Pickup is at the restaurant at the time you choose. For delivery, a minimum order value, a delivery fee and a delivery area may apply as shown at checkout. Preparation and delivery times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees.
5. Cancellation & right of withdrawal
Our meals are freshly prepared, perishable goods made to your order. Under EU consumer law such food is exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, so an order cannot be cancelled once we have accepted it and begun preparing it. If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will put it right.
6. Allergens & food information
Allergen information for our dishes is available on request and where indicated. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before ordering. Dishes may contain traces of allergens present in our kitchen.
7. Complaints & dispute resolution

9. Governing law
