The place behind the plate
Experience Sikkim, here in Luxembourg
Tucked in the Indian Himalayas between Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan, Sikkim is a land of snow peaks, prayer flags and quiet green valleys. We have brought its warmth and its flavours to your table in Hamm.

Beneath the world's third-highest peak
Sikkim sits in the shadow of Kangchenjunga, at 8,586 metres the third-highest mountain on earth and the guardian the Sikkimese pray to. Its snows feed the rivers, forests and farms that our recipes still lean on.

Valleys that bloom
From the flower meadows of Yumthang to terraced hills of cardamom and rice, Sikkim is impossibly green. More than 5,000 flowering plants and over 500 orchids grow here, alongside the shy red panda, the state's mascot.

India's first fully organic state
In 2016 Sikkim became the first place in the world to go 100% organic, farming without synthetic chemicals. It is the same spirit we cook with: fresh, honest ingredients from the market, nothing hidden.

A meeting of cultures
Nepali, Bhutia and Lepcha communities share Sikkim's valleys, festivals and kitchens. That mingling of traditions is exactly what you taste in our momos, our curries and our grills.
Bring Sikkim to your table
